Interested in trying some real Japanese sake?

What is referred to as JIZAKE is Japanese sake that has been carefully brewed by a skilled brewer known as a TOJI using traditional techniques at one of the many breweries -- called a KURAMOTO in Japanese -- across the country. JIZAKE has a much more profound flavor profile than the widely distributed industrially produced sakes and you will be happy to discover how uniquely different each KURAMOTO and brand tastes.

40 carefully selected varieties of JIZAKE and tapas that pair perfectly with sake

Yayo-ya is a Japanese gastropub created on the concept of “serving good-tasting sake and food in a comfortable ambiance”. It is a small restaurant with seating for just 12, but you can enjoy a wide selection of carefully selected JIZAKEs from across Japan and passionately prepared cuisine in a tranquil mature atmosphere. Besides sake, we also have beer, wine and spirits. If you are traveling to Osaka, stop on by. We hope to see you.
